Our Safety and Sanitation Pledge

We have put in place some measures designed to keep you and our staff safe and healthy. 
We appreciate your patience and understanding in adhering to these new procedures.

Even though we have always been committed to providing a clean and safe environment for you to relax, during the COVID-19 crisis, we reinforced those steps and added additional measures. Cleanliness will continue to be a focus moving forward. Here are some of the addition steps we are taking:

• We are thoroughly wiping down all service rooms and tools with approved hospital-grade or EPA-registered disinfectants and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and common areas regularly. 
• All staff members were required to pass a Spa Sanitation and Illness Prevention course.
• Masks are mandatory masks for all employees.
• Service providers will wear a mask and gloves upon client request.
• We use a contact-lite transaction processes.
• We have installed a high-efficiency medical grade air filtration system.

We know that the world will change in many ways in the near future, but one thing that we are certain of is that we will be there for you with a clean and safe spa. Our commitment remains for you to restore, relax, and refresh when you need it most.
