Before your visit...
- Our Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment without charge. A 48 hour notice is required for cancellation of any PamperPackage or for groups of three or more.
- Please Arrive at least ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive late, we will make every possible effort to accommodate you during the remaining time of your scheduled appointment.
- Personal amenities and lockers are available for your convenience. Please leave all valuables at home.
- Peace and Quiet are essential elements of a relaxing spa experience. Therefore, we ask that you please turn your cell phones and pagers off and store them in your locker.
- Privacy and Modesty: Our spa therapists are sensitive to privacy issues. They will explain what to expect and respect your privacy at all times.
- Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed: It is our goal to provide the highest quality of service. If you have any suggestions or were in any way dissatisfied, please let us know.
- Gratuities are always appreciated. We will be happy to assist you in calculating the appropriate gratuity for any service.
