¨       Assistance with purchasing and development of products and services
¨       Aid in the development of procedure and product manual
¨       Assistance with marketing plan, public relations and strategic planning
¨       Review of spa concept and layout and design
¨       Input on lease negotiations
¨       Cost estimates for construction and start-up
¨       Assistance with permitting and licensing
¨       Review of engineering services for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
¨       Facilitate in the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and orientation of staff
¨       Training in inventory control and analysis of ROI (Return on Investment)
