Q. How can women
achieve a natural look when applying make-up?
A. Choosing the right colors is key. Make-up
colors should compliment
your skin coloring, but also compliment your clothing. It should be treated like
a fashion accessory. Basically, you should choose makeup colors just like you
choose jewelry and shoes to go with an outfit.Get professional advice on
selecting make-up colors and application techniques. It will actually simplify
the whole process.
Q. Why should women
pamper themselves with spa services?
A. I don’t consider going to a spa
pampering. I consider it maintenance.Your skin is your largest organ and it is
very important to keep it healthy. Some insurance companies, like Blue Cross,
Blue Shield, are starting to recognize spa services as a key part of wellness
and have begun to offer spa discounts to their customers.
Q. What if you are shy about your body?
A. Any good spa will take your comfort level into consideration and try to make sure you are relaxed and comfortable.
Q. What is your favorite treatment?
A. The anti-aging treatment Myotonology. It is micro-current facial toning which improves facial contours and muscle tone. I swear by it...my husband does too!
Q. What’s been the most exciting thing for you in 2004?
A. Winning the two Entrepreneur of the Year awards is a huge honor. Also, we carry our own FACES line of skin care, men’s skin care, make-up and bath and body products. A spa in Chicago has started to carry our line and it is doing very well! They are great products. I’m really proud of them.
